Network Connector agent
All communication performed from senhasegura to the corporate network is performed through the Network Connector.
The agent is a container that must be added to a host in the customer network.
The availability of the environment, restoration, and update of the product are the responsibility of senhasegura.
Availability is guaranteed only on the connection side of senhasegura. End-to-end availability is subject to proper configuration of the peering VPN gateway, customer’s firewall rule, and client-side connection quality. The offer is based on the number of users and devices. As demand increases, capacity settings are automatically increased.
Respecting the sovereignty of each country/region, each client's application is located on a geographically close server.

Location and security of data centers
senhasegura runs your SaaS application in secure third-party data centers, developed by Google that are SOC 2 Type II certified, with fully redundant power backup systems, firefighting systems, and security guards. All data centers are protected from physical intrusion, and access to the server room is limited to certified employees. Respecting the sovereignty of each country/region, each client's application is located on a geographically close server. In this way, senhasegura guarantees that no data is stored or processed in international areas, prohibited by local legislation (e.g., GDPR), and guarantees better latency.
