This document provides information about the API Logs report.

Path to access

  1. On Segura, in the navigation bar, hover over the Products menu and select Settings.
  2. In the side menu, select Logs > API.

Actions Menu

Item Type Description
Actions Dropdown menu Displays the options for Print Report, Export CSV, and Schedule Report.

Search Fields

To view all search fields, click More.

Item Type Description
Client ID Text Field Filters by the unique customer identification associated with the authorization.
Client Text Field Filters by the client's name or identification in the system.
Authorization ID Text Field Filters by the unique code of the requested authorization.
Authorization Text Field Filters by the type or description of the authorization under review.
IP Text Field Filters by the IP address associated with the request.
Resource Text Field Filters by the name of the resource accessed or requested.
Status Dropdown menu Filters by the current authorization status. For example: active, pending, rejected.
Error Dropdown menu Filters by the type of error in the authorization. It can be Yes, No or All.
Date/Time Date picker Filters by date range to filter requests by specific time.

Report Fields

  • ID: requisition code.
  • Client ID.
  • Client.
  • Authorization ID.
  • Authorization.
  • IP.
  • Resource.
  • Event: type of event used in the authorization**.**
  • Method: HTTP method used in the request.
  • Status.
  • URL: URL to which the request was made.
  • Server: name of the server where the request was made.
  • Error.
  • Time: total requisition time.
  • Date/Time.
