This provides information on how to retrieve the certificate password. If you've added a revocation password during the registration moment, you can retrieve it using this tutorial as well.
Requirements
- A user in an access policy with the following download settings:
- User can view the passwords certificate
- Part of the password to be viewed
- Select the the desired option.

Retrieve the passwords
To retrieve the passwords, see the following steps:
- On Segura, in the navigation bar, hover over the Products menu and select Certificate Manager.
- In the side menu, select Certificates > SSL/TLS.
- In the desired certificate, click Actions > Certificate information.
- In the bottom of the Details of certificate information screen, click Password keystore and Revocation password. Both buttons will prompt a confirmation message.
- Choose how you want to recover the password.
- Select View password, Copy password, or Spell password.
You'll see the entire password or only a part, according to the access policy configuration.
