This document provides information on how to get started with Cloud Entitlements. To first access Cloud Entitlements, you need to receive an invite from an administrator.

What is Cloud Entitlements?

Cloud Entitlements is a Cloud Infrastructure Entitlements Management (CIEM) solution designed to:

  • Monitor multicloud environments.
  • Provide assistance to manage identities and privileges.
  • Reduce vulnerabilities and minimize excessive permissions.
  • Prevent cloud breaches.

Cloud Entitlements’ multitenant architecture ensures complete data segregation, even when multiple customers share the same platform. This architecture enables organizations to maintain separate environments for different branches safely.

How to integrate Cloud Entitlements with cloud providers?

Cloud Entitlements provides integration with four cloud providers:

  • Amazon Web Services (AWS)
  • Google Cloud Provider (GCP)
  • Microsoft Azure
  • Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI)

To perform the integration, see the following documents:

How to view identities’ information?

To view and manage the identities of the connected accounts, see the Identities report documentation, which displays details about access permissions, unauthorized identity access, recommendations, and entities.

How to view identities’ security information?

To view the security recommendations found by Cloud Entitlements, see the Recommendations report documentation, which centralizes all the security recommendations analyzed for the identities registered within your cloud providers.

Administrators can define criticality levels for security recommendations through the security policies. It is also possible to customize both global security policies for a provider and security policies for a specific account within a provider.
