This document provides information about the Organizations report screen, which displays information about all organizations registered on Certificate Manager.

Path to access

  1. On Segura, in the navigation bar, hover over the Products menu and select Certificate Manager.
  2. In the side menu, select Management > Informations > Organizations.

Actions menu

Item Type Description
Add Button Directs to the Add organization screen.
Actions Dropdown menu Displays the options: Print report, Export CSV, and Schedule report.

Search fields

Item Type Description
ID Text field Filters the organizations by the ID.
Organizational unit Text field Filters the organizations by the organization’s organizational unit.
Organization Text field Filters the organizations by the organization’s name.
State Dropdown menu Filters the organizations by the organization’s state. The options are: St, SP, and Sao Paulo.
Country Dropdown menu Filters the organizations by the organization’s country. The options are: Co, BR, and SP.
Status Dropdown menu Filters the organizations by the status. The options are: Enabled or Disabled.

  • ID.
  • Organizational unit.
  • Organization.
  • State.
  • Country.
  • Status.
  • Actions:

By default, the report displays 30 records per screen. To go to the next screen, click the forward buttons at the end of the report.
