This document provides information about the Organizations report screen, which displays information about all organizations registered on Certificate Manager.
Path to access
- On Segura, in the navigation bar, hover over the Products menu and select Certificate Manager.
- In the side menu, select Management > Informations > Organizations.
Actions menu
Item | Type | Description |

Add | Button | Directs to the Add organization screen. |
Actions | Dropdown menu | Displays the options: Print report, Export CSV, and Schedule report. |
Search fields
Item | Type | Description |
---|---|---|
ID | Text field | Filters the organizations by the ID. |
Organizational unit | Text field | Filters the organizations by the organization’s organizational unit. |
Organization | Text field | Filters the organizations by the organization’s name. |
State | Dropdown menu | Filters the organizations by the organization’s state. The options are: St, SP, and Sao Paulo. |
Country | Dropdown menu | Filters the organizations by the organization’s country. The options are: Co, BR, and SP. |
Status | Dropdown menu | Filters the organizations by the status. The options are: Enabled or Disabled. |
Report fields
- ID.
- Organizational unit.
- Organization.
- State.
- Country.
- Status.
- Actions:
- Edit: opens the Edit organization screen.
- Disable: disables the organization.
Info
By default, the report displays 30 records per screen. To go to the next screen, click the forward buttons at the end of the report.
