This document provides information about the Renovation screen in the Batch operations menu, which allows users to renew certificates in the Certificate Manager.
Only the base certificates are listed in this report. Associated random certificates are renewed based on the renewal of their corresponding base certificate.
Path to access
- On Segura® Platform, in the navigation bar, hover over the Products menu and select Certificate Manager.
- In the side menu, select Batch operations > Renovation.
Actions menu

| Actions | Dropdown menu | Displays the options: Print report, Export CSV, and Schedule report. |
| Renew selected | Button | Opens a pop-up with options to renew the certificates selected in the list. This option is only available if you select a certificate. |
Search fields

| ID | Text field | Filters the certificates by the ID. |
| Certification authority | Text field | Filters the certificates by the issuing certificate authority. |
| Common name | Text field | Filters the certificates by the common name assigned to them. |
| Origin | Dropdown menu | Filters the certificates by the origin. The options are: Scan and discovery, Request and Manual import. Clear the field to enable the All option. |
| Expiration date | Date picker | Filters the certificates by the expiration date. It allows selecting a specific date or defining a date range. |
| Certificate status | Dropdown menu | Filters the certificates by the current status. The options are: Valid, Revoked, Renewal requested, and Expired. Clear the field to enable the All option. |
Report fields
- ID.
- Certification authority.
- Common name.
- Organization: displays the name of the organization.
- Valid until: displays the request's expiration date.
- Validation type: displays the type of validation used. The options are: DV SSL, EV SSL, and OV SSL.
- Domain type: displays the type of domain certificate. The options are: Single domain, Multiple domains, and Wildcard.
- Tags: displays the identification markers.
- Certificate status.
- Origin.
- Devices: displays the number of devices linked to the request.
- Environments: displays the environments where the request is applied.
- Systems: displays the systems where the request is applied.
- Project: displays the project name related to the request.
- Responsible: displays the user registered on the Segura® Platform as the person responsible for the request.
Info
By default, the report displays 30 records per screen. To go to the next screen, click the forward buttons at the end of the report.
