This document provides details about the View Request screen, which allows reviewing information related to a certificate request, including general data, encryption parameters, and additional details such as environments, responsible parties, and justifications.

Path to access

  1. On Segura, in the navigation bar, hover over the Products menu and select Certificate Manager.
  2. In the side menu, select Requests > SSL/TLS.
  3. In the selected record, click in Actions button, and select View request.

General tab

This tab provides information about the request and key details.

Request information section

Item Description
Common name (CN) Displays the domain or entity covered by the request.
Organizational unit (OU) Displays the specific division within the organization.
DNS name (SAN) Displays the server's configured DNS (Domain Name System) entries.

Key information section

Item Description
Encryption algorithm Displays the selected encryption/signing algorithm. The options are: RSA or DSA.
Encryption key size Displays the encryption key length. The options are: 1024-bit, 2048-bit, or 4096-bit.
Certificate signing algorithm Displays the cryptographic algorithm used for signing the request. The options are: SHA-256, SHA-384, or SHA-512.
Expiration (in days) Displays the request's validity period in days.
Store password Displays the password required to access the request, ensuring restricted access to authorized users.
Download key Downloads a log file containing detailed information about the imported key.
Download CSR Downloads a log file containing detailed information about the certificate signing request (CSR).

Additional information tab

This tab provides information about the environments, responsible users, and other request-related data.

Item Description
Environments Displays the environments where the request will be applied.
Systems Displays the systems where the request was applied.
Project Displays the name of the request project.
External IP Displays the external IP of the request.
Reason Displays the reasons for the request creation.
IP or hostname Displays the IP or hostname of the request.
Responsible for the request Displays the name of the accountable user for the request.
Group responsible for request Displays the name of the accountable group for the request.
Department Displays the department to which the user belongs.
Email Displays the registered email address.
Phone Displays the user's phone number.
Description Displays the description of the permission.
Download key Downloads a log file containing detailed information about the imported key.
Download CSR Downloads a log file containing detailed information about the certificate signing request (CSR).
