When you log in to Cloud Security and find that you can only view the Onboarding page, it is because your user is inactive or has not been added to a tenant yet.
Cause
This issue occurs when your user isn’t active, or has not been added to a tenant.
Solution
To fix this issue you have the following solutions:
- You can ask the tenant's administrator to either activate your user in a tenant, or add your user to a tenant.
- Create a new tenant in the Onboarding page.
