Invalid user accessing Cloud Security

When you log in to Cloud Security and find that you can only view the Onboarding page, it is because your user is inactive or has not been added to a tenant yet.

Cause

This issue occurs when your user isn’t active, or has not been added to a tenant.

Solution

To fix this issue you have the following solutions:

  • You can ask the tenant's administrator to either activate your user in a tenant, or add your user to a tenant.
  • Create a new tenant in the Onboarding page.
