This document provides information about the Cloud IAM Operations report screen, which displays details about operations performed in the system.
Path to access
- In Segura, on the navigation bar, hover over Product Menu and select Cloud IAM.
- In the sidebar, select Reports > Events > Audit tracking.

Search fields
Item | Type | Description |

Code | Text field | Filters operations by their identification code. |
Operation | Dropdown menu | Filters operations by their type. |
Entity | Dropdown menu | Filters operations by the type of entity. |
Cloud Provider | Dropdown menu | Filters operations by the cloud provider. |
Entity Name | Text field | Filters operations by the name of the affected entity. |
User | Text field | Filters operations by the user who executed them. |
Username | Text field | Filters operations by the login name of the user who executed them. |
Execution Period | Date picker | Filters operations by the period in which they were performed. |
Report fields
- Code.
- Operation.
- Entity.
- Entity Name.
- Account: account in which the operation was performed.
- Cloud Provider.
- User.
- Username.
- IP: IP address from which the operation was executed.
- Date/Time: date and time when the operation was performed.
- Actions:
- Details: it opens the Audit tracking screen with event details.
Info
By default, the report displays 30 records per screen. To go to the next screen, click the forward buttons at the end of the report.
Audit tracking screen
This screen displays the change history of a specific record, showing how each field has been modified over time. Old values are shown in red and new values in green, making it easy to visualize the changes.
