Policies

This document provides information about the Policies report screen, which displays information about the policies configured in AWS.

Path to access

In Segura, hover over Product Menu in the navigation bar and select Cloud IAM.
In the sidebar menu, select Reports > AWS > Policies.

Item	Type	Description
Actions	Dropdown menu	Displays options for Print report, Export CSV and Schedule report.

Item	Type	Description
Code	Text field	Filters policies by their identification code.
Name	Text field	Filters policies by their name.
Identifier	Text field	Filters policies by their AWS identifier.
Creation Date	Text field	Filters policies by the date they were created.

Code: numerical identification of the policy in the system.
Name: name of the policy in AWS.
Identifier: a unique identifier for the policy in AWS.
Creation Date: date and time when the policy was created.
Actions:
- Details: it opens the Details of a credential screen containing policy details.

Info

By default, the report displays 30 records per screen. To go to the next screen, click on the forward buttons at the end of the report.

Field	Description
Code	Numeric identification of the credential in the system.
Name	Name of the credential policy in AWS.
Identifier	Unique identifier of the policy in AWS.
PolicyName	Name of the policy associated with the credential.
PolicyId	Unique identifier of the associated policy.
Arn	Amazon Resource Name, unique resource identifier in AWS.
Path	Access path to the resource.
DefaultVersionId	Default version of the policy.
AttachmentCount	Number of attachments associated with the policy.
PermissionsBoundaryUsageCount	Usage count of the permissions boundary.
IsAttachable	Indicates whether the policy can be attached to other entities.
CreateDate	Date and time when the policy was created.
UpdateDate	Date and time of the last policy update.
