Service accounts

This document provides information about the Service accounts report screen, which allows you to provision service accounts for all your integrated Cloud Service Providers (CSPs) and import existing service accounts into Segura.

Path to access

  1. On Segura, in the navigation bar, hover over the Products menu and select Cloud IAM.
  2. In the side menu, select Identity management > Service accounts.

Actions menu

Item Type Description
Add Button Directs to the [Add service account]() screen.
Actions Dropdown menu Displays the options: Import Azure service accounts, Print report, Export CSV, and Schedule report.

Search fields

Item Type Description
ID Text field Filters the service accounts by their identification code.
Username Text field Filters the service accounts by their username.
Account Dropdown menu Filters the service accounts by the account connected to it. The options are all the accounts registered in Cloud IAM. Clear the field to enable the All option.
Provider Dropdown menu Filters the service accounts by their provider. The options are: AWS, Azure and Google Cloud. Clear the field to enable the All option.
Tag Text field Filters the credentials by their tags, which can be assigned when creating or editing a service account in Cloud IAM.
Creation date Date picker Filters the service accounts by their creation date.
Status Dropdown menu Filters the service accounts by their status. The options are: Enabled or Disabled. Clear the field to enable the All option.
Enabled Dropdown menu Filters the service accounts based on whether they are enabled or not. The options are: Yes or No. Clear the field to enable the All option.
Deleted Dropdown menu Filter the service accounts based on whether they have been deleted or not. The options are: Yes or No. Clear the field to enable the All option.

Report fields

  • ID.
  • Username.
  • Account.
  • Provider.
  • Tags.
  • Creation date.
  • TTL: the lifetime of the service account.
  • Status.
  • Enabled.
  • Deleted.
  • Actions:
    • View: opens the [Details of a service account]() screen.
    • Edit: opens the [Edit service account]() screen with the Account *, Name * and User responsible fields already set.
    • Delete: opens the [Delete user]() screen.
Info

By default, the report displays 30 records per screen. To go to the next screen, click the forward buttons at the end of the report.

Delete user screen

This section provides information about the Delete user screen, which displays information about the screen to delete an user.

Item Type Required Description
+ Add / Remove selected Button No Add or remove the selected provider where the user will be deleted from.
Providers table Table No Displays the selected providers.
