This document provides information about the Templates report screen, which displays and allows users to create templates in Segura to provision users and service accounts easily without breaking the organization’s rules.

Path to access

  1. On Segura, in the navigation bar, hover over the Products menu and select Cloud IAM.
  2. In the side menu, select Identity management > Templates.

Actions menu

Item Type Description
Add Button Directs to the [Add template]() screen.
Actions Dropdown menu Displays the options: Import Azure credentials, Print report, Export CSV, and Schedule report.

Search fields

Item Type Description
ID Text field Filters the templates by their identification code.
Name Text field FIlters the templates by their name.
Creation date Date picker Filters the templates by their creation date.
Status Dropdown menu Filters the templates by their status. The options are: Enabled or Disabled. Clear the field to enable the All option.

Report fields

  • ID.
  • Name.
  • Mask: template for the users or service accounts’ names.
  • Department: department that the user or service account must be in to be provisioned.
  • Creation date.
  • Status.
  • Actions:
    • Add new key: opens the [Edit templates]() screen.
Info

By default, the report displays 30 records per screen. To go to the next screen, click the forward buttons at the end of the report.

Add/Edit template screen

This section provides information about the Add template and Edit template screens, which share the same fields.

Item Type Required Description
Name * Text field Yes Template’s name.
Enabled * Toggle button Yes Template’s status.

Service section

Item Type Required Description
Mask * Text field Yes Template for the name of the user or service accounts. You can enter a prefix, suffix and also, between braces, the number of letters and numbers. For example: segura-aaa-000.

Personal section

Item Type Required Description
Department Dropdown menu No Template’s department.
