This document provides information about the Templates report screen, which displays and allows users to create templates in Segura to provision users and service accounts easily without breaking the organization’s rules.
Path to access
- On Segura, in the navigation bar, hover over the Products menu and select Cloud IAM.
- In the side menu, select Identity management > Templates.

Report fields
- ID.
- Name.
- Mask: template for the users or service accounts’ names.
- Department: department that the user or service account must be in to be provisioned.
- Creation date.
- Status.
- Actions:
- Add new key: opens the [Edit templates]() screen.
Info
By default, the report displays 30 records per screen. To go to the next screen, click the forward buttons at the end of the report.
