# Protected information

This document provides information about the **Amount of protected information** dashboard screen in the **System Consumption** menu, which provides a consolidated view of the consumption indicators of the resources related to protected information in the Segura® Platform.

## Path to access

1. On Segura® Platform, in the navigation bar, hover over the **Products menu** and select **Dashboard**.
2. In the side menu, select **System Consumption > Protected information**.

## Filters

| Item | Type | Description |
| --- | --- | --- |
| **Creation date** | Dropdown menu | Filters the protected information by their creation date. |

## Cards

| Item | Description |
| --- | --- |
| **Active Protected information** | Displays the amount of active protected information registered on Segura® Platform. By clicking on the card, it opens the **User reference dates** report. |
| **Registered Protected information** | Displays the total amount of protected information registered on Segura® Platform. By clicking on the card, it opens the **User reference dates** report. |
| **Disabled Protected information** | Displays the amount of disabled protected information registered on Segura® Platform. By clicking on the card, it opens the **User reference dates** report. |
| **In use Protected Information** | Displays the amount of protected information in use registered on Segura® Platform. By clicking on the card, it opens the **User reference dates** report. |

## Graphics

| Item | Description |
| --- | --- |
| **Active X In use** | Displays a comparison graph between the number of active secrets on Segura® Platform and the secrets being actively used per month. |
| **Registered X Inactivated** | Displays a comparison graph between the number of registered secrets on Segura® Platform and the inactivated secrets per month. |
