# Secret Management

This document provides information about the **Secrets Management** dashboard screen, which displays and lists information about secrets, applications, application types, lines of business, and authorizations in the **DevOps Secret Manager**.

## Access Path

1. On Segura®, in the navigation bar, hover over the **Product Menu** and select **Dashboard**.
2. In the side menu, select **DevOps Secret Manager > Secret Management**.

## Actions menu

| Item | Type | Description |
| --- | --- | --- |
| **View period** | Date picker | Filters by the period chosen to display the data. |
| **Secrets menu** | Dropdown menu | Allows you to apply additional filters to the displayed data. |

## Cards

| Item | Description |
| --- | --- |
| Line of business | Filters data by business line. |
| **Application Types** | Filters data by application types. |
| **Applications** | Filters data by specific applications. |
| **Authorizations** | Contains the total number of secrets. |
| **Secrets** | Displays the total number of secrets. |

## Charts

| Item | Description |
| --- | --- |
| **Applications by Type** | Shows the distribution of applications by type. |
| **Applications by line of business** | Shows the distribution of applications by business line. |
| **Authorizations by Application** | Displays the distribution of authorizations by application. |
| **Authorizations by Environment** | Displays the distribution of authorizations by environment. |
| **Secrets consultation by day** | Displays a graphic with the amount of secret consultations by day. |
