# Change Audit

This document provides information about the **Change Audit** dashboard screen, which displays a summary of changes and audit activities monitored by the **Change Audit**. It provides key metrics, visual insights, and filtering tools to help users quickly assess the current state of change-related operations.

## Path to access

1. On Segura®, in the navigation bar, hover over the **Products menu** and select **Dashboard**.
2. In the side menu, select **Change Audit**.

## Filters

| Item | Type | Description |
| --- | --- | --- |
| **Date** | Date picker | Filters the results by a specific date range. |

## Cards

| Item | Description |
| --- | --- |
| **Total Changes** | Displays the total number of registered changes within the selected period. |
| **Scheduled Changes** | Displays the number of changes that are scheduled to occur. |
| **Canceled Changes** | Displays the number of changes that were canceled before execution. |
| **Audited Changes** | Displays the number of changes that were successfully audited. |

## Graphics

| Item | Description |
| --- | --- |
| **Changes by status** | Displays a chart showing the distribution of changes by status. |
| **Changes with low score** | Displays a chart highlighting changes that received a low audit score, indicating potential non-compliance or issues. |
