This document provides information about the Devices report screen, where you can review the discovered devices, including management information, discovery origin, scan execution history, status, and potential errors.
Path to access
- On Segura, in the navigation bar, hover over the Products menu, and select Discovery.
- In the side menu, select Discoveries > Devices.

Search Fields

| Device name | Text field | Filters devices by their registered name. |
| Management | Text field | Filters devices by the IP address or hostname used for management. |
| Discovery | Dropdown menu | Filters devices by the discovery process associated with them. Clear the field to enable the All option. |
| Last search | Date picker | Filters devices by the period during which the discovery was executed. |
| Error in Credential scan | Dropdown menu | Filters devices that encountered errors during credential scans. Options are Yes or No. Clear the field to enable the All option. |
| Error in Logins Monitoring | Dropdown menu | Filters devices with login monitoring issues. Options are Yes or No. Clear the field to enable the All option. |
| Imported | Dropdown menu | Filters devices by import origin. Options are Yes or No. Clear the field to enable the All option. |
| Running | Dropdown menu | Filters devices by current execution status. Options are Yes or No. Clear the field to enable the All option. |

Report fields
- ID.
- Device name.
- Management.
- FQDN: displays the Fully Qualified Domain Name (FQDN) associated with the device.
- Port: displays the communication port for the device.
- Plugin: displays the system type or protocol associated with the device.
- Discovery.
- Last search.
- Imported.
- Glossary: displays detailed information such as OS or classification associated with the device.
- Error in scan: indicates if the device generated an error during credential scanning.
- Error in logins monitoring.
- Date of inclusion: displays the date the device was registered in the system.
- Execution days: displays the days when discovery executions are scheduled.
- Execution periods: displays the scan time periods.
- Minimum running interval: defines the minimum interval between discovery executions on the device.
- Status.

- Import device: opens the Import a device screen.
- Device credentials: opens the Device credentials screen.
- Groups: opens the Device groups screen.
- SSH keys: opens the SSH keys screen**.**
- Device certificates: opens the Certificate discovery screen.
- Device services: opens the Device services screen.
- Linked Servers: opens the Linked Servers screen.
- Application pools IIS: opens the Application pools IIS screen.
- View log: opens the Scan logs screen.
- Synchronize data: performs the synchronization of the device data.
- Edit: opens the Device form.
- Last debugs: opens the Last debug logs screen.
Info
By default, the report displays 30 records per screen. To go to the next screen, click the forward buttons at the end of the report.
