This document provides information about the Scan Logs report screen, which displays the scan logs generated during the execution of discovery processes, including details such as log code, associated process, domain and IPs used, message, and occurrence date.

Path to access

  1. On Segura, in the navigation bar, hover over the Products menu and select Discovery.
  2. In the side menu, select Reports > Executions > Logs de Scan.

Actions menu

Item Type Description
Actions Dropdown menu Displays the options Print report, Export CSV, and Schedule report.

Search fields

Item Type Description
Device Code Text field Filters logs by the code of the device associated with the scan.
Device Dropdown menu Filters logs by the name of the device where the scan was performed.
Scan Operation Date Date picker Filters logs by the date on which the scan operation was performed.
Type Dropdown menu Filters logs by the type of scan performed. Select All to view all types.

Report fields

  • Message: displays the status message or the result of the scan.
  • Details: displays additional or error information about the scan.
  • ID: displays the unique identifier code of the scan log.
  • Device Code: displays the identifier code of the device associated with the scan.
  • Device.
  • Type.
  • Date of occurrence: displays the date and time the scan event occurred.
  • Plugin used: displays the name of the Discovery plugin that performed the scan.
  • Used port: displays the network port used during the scan.
  • Used IP: displays the target IP address of the scan.
  • Used Username: displays the username used for authentication during the scan, if applicable.
  • Sudo Used: displays if privilege escalation (sudo) was used during the scan.

By default, the report displays 30 records per screen. To go to the next screen, click the forward buttons at the end of the report.
