This document provides information about the Login history screen in the Audit menu, which displays details about the history of an access request in Domum Remote Access.

Path to access

  1. On Segura, in the navigation bar, hover over the Products menu and select Domum Remote Access.
  2. In the side menu, select Audit > Login history.

Actions menu

Item Type Description
Actions Dropdown menu Displays the options: Print report, Export CSV, and Schedule report.

Search fields

Item Type Description
ID Text field Filters the history by the identification code.
Vendor/Internal group Dropdown menu Filters the history by the name of suppliers and/or internal groups. Clear the field to enable the All option.
User Text field Filters the history of the user who performed the access.
Username Text field Filters the history by username or email. For internal users, the filter is the username. For third-party users, the filter is the email.
IP Text field Filters the history using the user's IP address who performed the access.
Country Dropdown menu Filters the history of the country where the access occurred. Clear the field to enable the All option.
Region Dropdown menu Filters the history by the region where the access occurred. Clear the field to enable the All option.
Login Date picker Filters the history by a date range in which the access occurred.

Report fields

  • ID.
  • Vendor/Internal group.
  • Name: the registered identification name.
  • Username.
  • IP.
  • Country.
  • Locale: language chosen by the user when importing the spreadsheet into the Segura platform.
  • Login.
Info

By default, the report displays 30 records per screen. To go to the next screen, click the forward buttons at the end of the report.
