How to access Domum via SSO

In addition to the conventional authentication process, Segura allows for simplified Single Sign-On (SSO) access to Domum Remote Access. This article provides a step-by-step guide for this task.

Prerequisites

  • SSO access provider account.
  • Prior configuration by the administrator.

There are three SSO login options in Domum Remote Access.

Option 1: Access via e-mail

This option works for both internal users and third parties.

  1. Open the Domum access e-mail.
  2. Click Access now or copy and paste the temporary link into your browser. The Segura Domum homepage will appear.
  3. Click the Sign in with SSO button.
  4. Click the Okta access provider icon.
  5. Complete the security method process.
  6. Click on the link that appears.
  7. The system will redirect you to the Segura desktop.

You now have access to the Domum Remote Access interface. Your home screen and permissions are dependent on your group's policies.

Option 2: Access via SSO provider

This option works for both internal users and third parties.

  1. Log in to your Okta account.
  2. Locate the application that gives you access to Segura.
  3. Click on the application.
  4. Select and complete the security method.
  5. Click on the link that appears.
  6. The system will redirect you to the Segura desktop.

You now have access to the Domum Remote Access interface. Your home screen and permissions are dependent on your group's policies.

Option 3: Local network access (internal users only)

  1. Access the standard URL of the Segura platform.
  2. On the home screen, click the Sign in with SSO button.
  3. Click the Okta access provider icon.
  4. Complete the security method process.
  5. Click on the link that appears.
  6. The system will redirect you to the Segura desktop.

You now have access to the standard Segura interface. Your home screen and permissions are dependent on your group's policies.

Don’t share the link with other users, as it could lead to a breach of confidentiality and a violation of the principle of least privilege.
