In this document, you’ll find detailed information about the Internal users page, which displays a report with the internal users registered.
Path to access
- On senhasegura, in the upper-left corner, click the Grid Menu, represented by the nine squares, and then select Domum Remote Access.
- In the side menu, select Settings > Internal users > Users.
Top bar
Item | Description |
---|---|
Show filters | Represented by the magnifying glass icon, it displays or hides the search fields on the screen. |
Update | Represented by the counterclockwise arrow icon, it refreshes the page. |
View actions | Represented by the three vertical dots icon, it displays a drop-down menu with possible actions for the report. |
New | Represented by the plus sign, it opens the screen for registering a new internal user. |
Print report | Represented by the printer icon, it opens a new page for printing the report. |
Export CSV | Represented by the paper sheet icon, it downloads the report. |
Schedule report | Represented by the clock icon, it opens the Schedule report screen. |
Search fields
Item | Description |
---|---|
ID | User identification code in the report. |
Internal users group | Group associated with the user. |
User | senhasegura username. |
Mobile phone | Registered phone number. |
User's registered email. | |
Custom Code | Personal code used as a second authentication factor for starting sessions. |
Document | Identification document. |
Status | Dropd-down menu with the user's status. The options are Enable and Disabled. Clear the field to enable the All option. |
User type | Drop-down menu with the registered user type. The options are Limited User and Full User. Clear the field to enable the All option." |

- Action (full user)
- Request access: represented by the computer icon, it opens the Request access - third-party user screen for requesting access.
- Three vertical dots icon:
- Dashboard: represented by the dashboard icon, it takes users to the Dashboard page.
- Action (limited user):
- Edit: represented by the paper and pencil icon, it opens the Update third party user
- Disable: represented by the trash can icon, it disables the user’s registration.
- Dashboard: represented by the dashboard icon, it takes users to the Dashboard page.
- Edit: represented by the paper and pencil icon, it opens the Update third party user
