The Access review report in Cloud Entitlements provides a detailed and comprehensive view of how your cloud resources are being accessed. Through an intuitive interface and powerful filters, you can analyze access history, identify trends, and ensure that your data is protected and compliant with your organization's security policies.
Path to access
- Access Cloud Security.
- Access the Cloud Entitlements product.
- In the Cloud Entitlements menu, click Access Review.
Within the report, you'll find the following information for each resource:
Item | Description |
---|---|
Provider | Displays an icon representing the associated CSP for the identity. This column is shown by default. |
Environment | Displays the name of the Cloud Entitlements’ environment that the access to the resource was made. |
Resource | Name of the cloud resource that was accessed. |
Last access | Last access to the resource. |
Identity | Name of the identity that accessed the resource. |
Permission | Permission’s name used by the entity to access the resource. |
Permission type | Type of the permission. |
By clicking on a specific resource, it opens a new panel with more detailed information about the identity.
Access details
The Access details screen in Cloud Entitlements provides a complete analysis of each access to cloud resources, offering essential information for auditors, administrators, and security analysts. With intuitive visualizations and detailed data, this report enables in-depth investigation of access, identification of potential risks, and optimization of security policies.
Access path
The Access path provides administrators with a comprehensive and graphical view of the relationships between an identity and the accessed resource, including access inherited through groups or indirect permissions. This functionality delivers a visual representation of how an identity can access a specific resource, including details about identity federation (e.g., if the access was federated through an IdP).
Item | Description |
---|---|
Filter | Field to filter elements on the map. When a term matches the inserted pattern, the elements are visually highlighted. |
Settings | Button to expand the map configuration options. |
Layouts | Field to select the map model. The options are: Radial out 2D, Force directed 2D, and Force directed 3D. |
Zoom in | Button to zoom in on the map. |
Zoom out | Button to zoom out on the map. |
Reset camera | Button to reset the zoom to the initial state. It doesn’t change the chosen layout. |
Expand | Icon to expand the tab. |
Caption | Field to indicate the captions for the icons. |
Date | Field to indicate what resources were accessed between a specific period of time by setting colors to the arrows. |
