In this document, you will find information about the report for ticket integration using Freshdesk.
Path to access
- on senhasegura, in the upper-left corner, click on Grid Menu, represented by nine squares, and select Settings.
- In the side menu, select System Parameters > Ticket system integrations.
- In the top bar, click on View actions and select New.
- In the Registration of integration with ITSM window, select Freshdesk.
Campo | Descrição |

Integration name | Integration identifier name. |
Enabled | Integration status. Can be Yes or No. |
API URL | Freshdesk API endpoint. |
User / API key | Username or API key for authentication. |
Password | Password for authentication. |
