Icons
Item | Description |

Show filters | It’s identified by the magnifying glass icon. Displays or hides the search fields present on the screen. |
Update | It’s identified by the counterclockwise arrow icon. Refreshes the page. |
View actions | It’s identified by the three vertical dots icon. Displays a drop-down menu with possible actions for the reports. |
New | Drop-down menu option identified by the group icon. Opens a new page for adding a new internal user group. |
Print report | Drop-down menu option identified by the printer icon. Opens a new page for printing the report. |
Export CSV | Drop-down menu option identified by the sheet of paper icon. Download the report. |
Schedule report | Drop-down menu option identified by the clock icon. Open the form Schedule report. |
Search fields
Item | Description |
---|---|
User | Filters the username. |
Username | Filters the username on the workstation. |
Department | Filter username on the workstation. |
Workstation | Filters the workstation name. |
Domain | Filters the workstation's Domain name. |
S.O | Filters the user's Operating System version. |
Expiration | Filters the initial expiration date of the user's use authorization. |
until | Filter the final expiration date, expiration of the user's use authorization. |
Include | Filter by date of initial inclusion of the user's use authorization. |
until | Filter the final date inclusion of the user's use authorization. |
Authorization | Filter by the initial date of user’s authorization. |
until | Filter by the final date of the user’s authorization. |
Disabling | Filter by date initial the inactivation of the user's use authorization. |
until | Filters inactivation end date of the user's use authorization. |
Status | Filter by one of these three statues: Revoked: when the administrator has disabled the user from installing or using GO Endpoint Manager for Windows. Pending: when the administrator hasn’t yet approved or declined the new installation. Active: when the administrator has authorized the user to install and use GO Endpoint Manager for Windows. |
Filter | Button to run the configured filtering process. |
Clear | Button to clear filled fields and start a new search. |
The results are displayed in a list format, with columns named after the corresponding fields. The list presents some information that isn’t included in the search fields:
- Code: displays the identification code in the user report.
