You will find, in the workstation report, information about:


Icons

Item Description
Show filters It’s identified by the magnifying glass icon. Displays or hides the search fields present on the screen.
Update It’s identified by the counterclockwise arrow icon. Refreshes the page.
View actions It’s identified by the three vertical dots icon. Displays a drop-down menu with possible actions for the reports.
New Drop-down menu option identified by the group icon. Opens a new page for adding a new internal user group.
Print report Drop-down menu option identified by the printer icon. Opens a new page for printing the report.
Export CSV Drop-down menu option identified by the sheet of paper icon. Download the report.
Schedule report Drop-down menu option identified by the clock icon. Open the form Schedule report.

Search fields

Item Description
Code Filter the workstation by the identification number.
Hostname Filter the name of the workstation.
Domain Filter workstation’s domain name.
IP Filter workstation’s IP address.
go version Filter which version of the EPM Windows agent is installed.
S.O Filter what’s the OS version of the workstation
Last session Filter the start date that the last session took place.
until Filter at the final date that the last session took place.
Last policies synchronization Filter the initial date that was carried out during the last policy synchronization.
until Filter the final date that the last policy synchronization occurred.
Include Filter the starting date that the EPM has been installed on the workstation.
until Filter the final date that the EPM were installed on the workstation.
Date of authorization Filter the starting date that the workstation has been authorized.
until Filter the final date that the workstation has been authorized.
Date of inactivation Filter the start date when the workstation was turned off.
until Filter the final date that the workstation was deactivated.
Status What is the status of the workstation: Inactive: the administrator has disabled the installation or use of EPM Windows on the workstation. Pending: the administrator hasn’t yet approved or declined the new installation. Authorized: the administrator has approved the installation and use of EPM Windows on the workstation.
Client type What type of client is installed: Sudo Manager, Privilege Manager, AD bridge, and Caitsith.
Filter Button to run the configured filtering process.
Clear Button to clear filled fields and start a new search.
Info

The system will show the status Pending if automatic approval of workstations and users isn’t enabled. By default, EPM Windows comes with inactive options, forcing the administrator to manually approve workstations and users.

The results are displayed in a list format, with columns named after the corresponding fields. The list presents some information that isn’t included in the search fields:

  • Active users: how many users are active on the workstation.

Item Description
Details View details about the status of the workstation.
View actions It’s identified by the three vertical dots icon. Displays a drop-down menu with possible actions for the reports.
Users Allows to visualize which users on the workstation ran EPM Windows.
Events Allows to view events captured by EPM Windows services or performed by users through it on this workstation.
Authorize Allows authorizing the use of the EPM Windows on the workstation.
Disable Allows you to disable the use of EPM Windows on the workstation.
