How to batch import notes via spreadsheet

Two formats are compatible for batch import:

  • Files in .xlsx format, using the specific template provided on the platform.
  • Files in .csv and .json format, available in LastPass and Keeper.

Import notes via a spreadsheet

To batch import data into senhasegura via a spreadsheet, follow these steps:

  1. On the senhasegura platform, click on the Grid Menu ⁝⁝⁝ in the upper left corner and select MySafe.
  2. Select Batch Import.
  3. Click the three vertical dots icon (View Actions) in the upper right corner.
  4. Select +Import.
  5. Choose the Note option.
  6. Download the spreadsheet template by clicking on Download Template.
    1. Fill in the required information on the spreadsheet.
    2. Save the file.
  7. Drag and drop the file into the rectangle or click Browse File.
  8. Click Save.

On the homepage Batch Import report, the Status field will be set to Waiting. Refresh the page to track the status.

If the import is successful, the Status field will change to Finished, and your notes will be available on the Notes homepage.

If the import is unsuccessful, the Status field will change to Error Processing, and your notes will not be imported. You can identify the error on the Process Details screen.

You can also import passwords via spreadsheet from the Notes homepage. Click on the three vertical dots icon ⁝ ➔ Batch Import in the upper right corner.
