Homepage icons
| Item | Description |
|---|---|
| Show filters | Represented by the magnifying glass icon, it displays or hides the search fields on the screen. |
| Update | Represented by the counterclockwise arrow icon, it refreshes the page. |
| View actions | Represented by the three vertical dots icon, it displays a menu with possible actions for the report. |
| Add file | Represented by the plus sign, it opens the Add file page. |
| Print report | Represented by the printer icon, it opens a new page for printing the report. |
| Export CSV | Represented by the paper sheet icon, it downloads the report. |
| Schedule report | Represented by the clock icon, it opens the Schedule report form. |

If you click on the question mark symbol on any page, it will redirect you to the Documentation website.
Search fields
| Item | Description |
|---|---|
| File | Registered file name. |
| Tags | Keywords related to the registered file. |
| Shared | This field relates to the sharing status and presents the options of Yes or No. If you click on the Clear button, it displays the All option. |
| Owner | The user who added the file. |
| Last use | Date of the last time someone used the file. |
| until | The final date to search for the files used within this period. |
| Enabled | This field relates to the activating status and presents the options of Yes or No. If you click on the Clear button, it displays the All option. |
| Filter | Button to filter the results according to your chosen preferences. |
| Clear | Button to clear all the text boxes with the selected filters. |
Report fields
- File
- Size
- Tags
- Shared
- Owner
- Last use
- Enabled
- Action. In this column, you'll find two options:
- Magnifying glass icon: opens the window displaying all information about the file.
- Three vertical dots icon: perform actions with the password, such as sharing, editing, among others.
Info
The report only displays 30 lines per page. To move to the next screen, click the forward buttons at the end of the report.
Bottom icons
- Enable: green button used for batch activation.
- Disable: red button used for batch deactivation.
- Share: blue button used for batch sharing.
