In addition to individually disabling notes, MySafe offers batch-disabling, which allows you to disable multiple notes all at once. This guide will walk you through it step by step.
Requirements
- One or more active notes. To add notes, access How to add a note.
Batch-disable notes
- On senhasegura, in the upper left corner, click the Grid Menu, represented by the nine squares, and select MySafe.
- In the side menu, select Notes.
- In the checkboxes column, click the checked checkbox to select all notes from the list.
- Or locate the notes you want to disable, and manually check the checkbox of each note.
- In the bottom right corner of the screen, click Disable.
- In the Confirmation pop-up window, you'll view a message similar to the one below:
“Are you sure you want to disable the 2 records selected?“
- Click Yes to confirm.
- The pop-up message “Note disabled successfully” confirms the action.
Info
To view the passwords, go to MySafe > Notes. Locate the Enable search filter. Click Yes to view a list with only the active notes; click No to view only the disabled notes, and clear the field to view all the notes.
If needed, you can enable the notes again, individually or in a batch process.
