How to batch-disable passwords

Requirements


Batch-disable passwords

  1. On senhasegura, in the upper left corner, click the Grid Menu, represented by the nine squares, and select MySafe.
  2. In the side menu, select Passwords.
    1. In the checkboxes column, click the checked checkbox to select all passwords from the list.
    2. Or locate the passwords you want to disable, and manually check the checkbox of each password.
  3. In the bottom right corner of the screen, click Disable.
  4. In the Confirmation pop-up window, you'll view a message similar to the one below:

“Are you sure you want to disable the 2 records selected?“

  1. Click Yes to confirm.

  2. The pop-up message “Password disabled successfully” confirms the action.

Info

To view the passwords, go to MySafe > Passwords. Locate the Enable search filter. Click Yes to view a list with only the active passwords; click No to view only the disabled passwords, and clear the field to view all the passwords.

If needed, you can enable the passwords again, individually or in a batch process.
