How to consult device logs

The device log is for Network Connector use only.

senhasegura stores the activity logs of the devices you have configured for access. You can access, filter, and consult these logs at any time. To do so, follow the steps below:

  1. In the top left corner, click Grid Menu, identified by the nine squares, and select Devices.
  2. In the side menu, select Settings > Network Connector > Logs.
  3. The list shows the latest logs for the devices you've registered on the platform.
  4. To view details of one of the logs, in the Action column, click Details, identified by the magnifying glass icon.
  5. In the new pop-up window, Network connector log, you'll see the following information:
    1. ID: code of the action on the platform.
    2. Type: type of action performed.
    3. Date/Time: date and time the action was performed.
    4. Connector address: IP address of the connector.
    5. Connector port: port of the connector.
    6. Message: log message.
    7. Details: details of the action that was performed. Usually accompanied by the output of the request made, with or without error.
