All sessions that have been parameterized to allow recording of text input and output will have the records processed after the session ends. This way, the texts can be consulted in the report Session texts.
In this report, you can search for any term in the String field to find all sessions in which the term has been typed or presented to the user, regardless of protocol.
It’s important to note that sometimes text may appear broken, based on the length of time it was displayed or due to system characters that may interrupt the text.
When RDP sessions are carried out using the senhasegura RDP Proxy, they're indexed using OCR and native RDP glyphs for better text capture. In the OCR step, the senhasegura RDP Proxy renders the entire screen using Google Tesseract technology to capture all the text printed in the user session. This process can achieve up to 90% success in capturing all the texts.
Different types of text can be digitized through natural text protocol and via OCR. They are:
- Window names.
- Field names and their values.
- Commands and command outputs in terminals.
- Icon names on the Desktop and in windows.
- Open text contents.
- Website content.
- Application launch.
