Path to access

  1. On senhasegura, in the upper left corner, click Grid Menu, represented by the nine squares icon, and then select Settings.
  2. In the side menu, select System parameters > Segregated parameters.

Top bar

ItemDescription
Show filtersRepresented by the magnifying glass icon, it displays or hides the search fields on the screen.
UpdateRepresented by the counterclockwise arrow icon, it refreshes the page.
View actionsRepresented by the three vertical dots icon, it shows all the possible actions for the report.
New segregation for groupsRepresented by the group icon, it opens a new page to add a segregated parameter for groups.
New segregation for devicesRepresented by the computer icon, it opens a new page to add a segregated parameter for devices.
New segregation for credentialsRepresented by the key icon, it opens a new page to add a segregated parameter for credentials.
New segregation for originRepresented by the globe icon, it opens a new page to add a segregated parameter by origin.
Print reportRepresented by the printer icon, it opens a new page for printing the report.
Export CSVRepresented by the paper sheet icon, it downloads the report.
Schedule reportRepresented by the clock icon, it opens the Schedule report form.

Search fields

ItemDescription
IDIdentification number for the parameter.
NameName for the created parameter.
TypeSpecify which segmentation is being created. Such as: Credential, Devices, Access groups, and Origin.
Added onDate and time that the parameter was created.
untilFinal date for searching the parameters.
Added byName of the user who created the parameter.
Changed inDate and time that the parameter was changed.
untilFinal date for searching the parameters.
Changed byName from the user who changes the parameter.
EnabledParameter status. It can be Yes or No. When clicking the Clear button, the All option is available.

Reports field

  • ID.
  • Name.
  • Type.
  • Added on.
  • Added by.
  • Changed in.
  • Changed by.
  • Enabled.
  • Action:
    • Edit: represented by the paper and pencil icon. It opens a pop-up window to add the parameter changes.
Info

The report only displays 30 lines per page. To go to the next ones, click on the advance buttons at the end of the report.
