Schedule execution

To schedule the execution of a task, go to Task Manager➔Tasks. You can only schedule tasks previously registered and listed on this page.

  1. Find the task you want to run. If you have too many tasks listed, remember to use the filters to help you with the search.
  2. Click the (⁝) icon, in the Action column, and select Schedules.
  3. At the bottom of the page, click Schedule running.
  4. Select the Reason for execution. Register the reasons in the Task Manager Settings item.
  5. Write a Justification to make the appointment.
  6. On Days for execution, mark the days you want to perform the task.
  7. On Periods for execution, mark the hours you want to complete the task.
  8. On Minimum interval between runs, choose the interval between one execution and another in minutes, hours, days, or months.
    Caution

    Confirm the Task Manager execution in Settings➔Execution Processes has the same configured time interval.

  9. Save.
Caution
All schedules are automatically disabled when changing the registration of a task.

Cancel scheduled execution

To cancel the scheduling of a task, go to Task Manager➔Tasks. You can only cancel previously scheduled tasks.

  1. Find the task you want to cancel the scheduling. If you have too many tasks listed, remember to use the filters to help you with the search.
  2. Click the (⁝) icon, in the Action column, and select Schedules.
  3. On the new page, in the Action column, select Cancel schedule. It is identified with the garbage can icon.
  4. Click Yes to respond to the confirmation message.
  5. The Status changes to canceled.
