Schedule execution
To schedule the execution of a task, go to Task Manager➔Tasks. You can only schedule tasks previously registered and listed on this page.
- Find the task you want to run. If you have too many tasks listed, remember to use the filters to help you with the search.
- Click the (⁝) icon, in the Action column, and select Schedules.
- At the bottom of the page, click Schedule running.
- Select the Reason for execution. Register the reasons in the Task Manager Settings item.
- Write a Justification to make the appointment.
- On Days for execution, mark the days you want to perform the task.
- On Periods for execution, mark the hours you want to complete the task.
- On Minimum interval between runs, choose the interval between one execution and another in minutes, hours, days, or months.Caution
Confirm the Task Manager execution in Settings➔Execution Processes has the same configured time interval.
- Save.
Caution
All schedules are automatically disabled when changing the registration of a task.
Cancel scheduled execution
To cancel the scheduling of a task, go to Task Manager➔Tasks. You can only cancel previously scheduled tasks.
- Find the task you want to cancel the scheduling. If you have too many tasks listed, remember to use the filters to help you with the search.
- Click the (⁝) icon, in the Action column, and select Schedules.
- On the new page, in the Action column, select Cancel schedule. It is identified with the garbage can icon.
- Click Yes to respond to the confirmation message.
- The Status changes to canceled.
