Approver registration in EPM macOS

This document describes the Approver registration and Approver listing screens, which are used to define and manage the users responsible for approving or rejecting privileged elevation requests in EPM macOS.

Path to access

On Segura®, in the top navigation bar, hover over the Product menu and select EPM.
In the side menu, go to Management > Settings > Approvers.

Approvers screen

This screen displays all registered approvers, including information such as approval level, associated module, and audit data.

Actions menu

Item	Type	Description
Add	Button	Redirects to the Approver registration screen.
Actions	Dropdown	Shows options to Print report, Export CSV, or Schedule report.

Search fields

Field	Type	Description
Code	Text field	Search for a specific approver by numeric code.
Name	Text field	Search by the approver’s full name.
Username	Text field	Search by the approver’s login identifier.
Level	Dropdown	Filter approvers by approval level.
Added by	Text field	Filter by the user who registered the approver.
Added on	Text field	Search approvers by the registration date.

Code.
Name.
Username.
Module.
Level.
Added by.
Added on.
Modified by.
Modified on.
Actions:
- Deactivate: Removes the approver from the active list. Click Yes in the confirmation window to complete the action.

Approver registration screen

This screen allows you to select users registered in the system and define their respective approval levels.

Item	Type	Required	Description
Module*	Dropdown	Yes	Defines the module to which the approvers will be assigned (e.g., EPM).
Add	Button	Yes	Opens a window for selecting users registered in the system.
Search field	Text field	–	Filters users by name, username, email, or department.
User list	Table	–	Displays available users for selection.
Level*	Dropdown	Yes	Defines the hierarchical level assigned to the approver (e.g., Level 1, 2).
Save	Button	Yes	Finalizes and saves the registration of selected approvers.
