This document provides information about the context menu available from the EPM macOS agent icon in the macOS menu bar. Through this menu, the user can open the client’s graphical interface, force policy synchronization, and view version information.
Path to access
- In the macOS menu bar, locate the EPM icon.
- Click the icon to open the context menu.
Menu items

| Last synchronization | Text field | Displays the date and time of the last synchronization of policies. |
| Open Segura EPM | Button | Opens the Agent in the last menu you were using (for example, Applications or Sudo Rules). |
| Update Policies | Button | Forces a check-in with the Web Administrative Console of EPM to synchronize policies and states. Useful when a policy has just been updated in the console. |
| Submit your feedback | Button | Directs the user to the EPM macOS feedback form. |
| About Segura EPM | Button | Displays the Agent’s version information (version and build) and other support details. |
