This document provides information about the Approvers report screen, which displays information about users configured as approvers in the system.
Access Path
- In Segura, hover over the Product Menu in the navigation bar and select EPM.
- In the side menu, select Settings > Access control > Approvers.
Actions Menu

| Add | Button | Directs to the Approvers screen to register a new approver. |
| Actions | Dropdown menu | Displays the options to Print report, Export CSV, and Schedule report. |
Search Fields
| Item | Type | Description |
|---|---|---|
| ID | Text field | Filters approvers by their identification code within Segura. |
| Name | Text field | Filters approvers by their name. |
| Username | Text field | Filter approvers by their username. |
| Level | Dropdown menu | Filters approvers by the approval level. The default option is All. |
| Added by | Text field | Filters approvers by the user who registered them. |
| Added on | Date picker | Filters approvers by the registration date. |
Report Fields
- ID.
- Module.
- Name.
- Username.
- Level.
- Added by.
- Added on.
- Changed by.
- Changed in.
- Actions:
- Disable: deactivates the user's approver registration.
Info
By default, the report displays 30 records per screen. To go to the next screen, click the forward button at the end of the report.
Approvers
This section provides information about the Approvers form screen, which allows configuring users as approvers in the system.
