# Reference for approvers

This document provides information about the **Approvers** report screen, which displays information about users configured as approvers in the system.

## Access Path

1. In Segura, hover over the **Product Menu** in the navigation bar and select **EPM**.
2. In the side menu, select **Settings > Access control > Approvers.**

## Actions Menu

| Item | Type | Description |
| --- | --- | --- |
| **Add** | Button | Directs to the **Approvers** screen to register a new approver. |
| **Actions** | Dropdown menu | Displays the options to *Print report, Export CSV, and Schedule report.* |

## Search Fields

| Item | Type | Description |
| --- | --- | --- |
| **ID** | Text field | Filters approvers by their identification code within Segura. |
| **Name** | Text field | Filters approvers by their name. |
| **Username** | Text field | Filter approvers by their username. |
| **Level** | Dropdown menu | Filters approvers by the approval level. The default option is **All**. |
| **Added by** | Text field | Filters approvers by the user who registered them. |
| **Added on** | Date picker | Filters approvers by the registration date. |

## Report Fields

- **ID.**
- **Module.**
- **Name.**
- **Username.**
- **Level.**
- **Added by.**
- **Added on.**
- **Changed by.**
- **Changed in.**
- **Actions:**
  - **Disable**: deactivates the user's approver registration.

By default, the report displays 30 records per screen. To go to the next screen, click the forward button at the end of the report.

## Approvers

This section provides information about the **Approvers** form screen, which allows configuring users as approvers in the system.

| Item | Type | Required | Description |
| --- | --- | --- | --- |
| **Module*** | Dropdown menu | Yes | Select the module where approvers will be configured. |
| **Add*** | Button | Yes | Opens the **Users** modal to add a new approver to the table. |
| **Approvers*** | Table | Yes | Table of users configured as approvers containing the fields *ID*, *Name*, *Username*, *Email*, *Department*, and *Level*. |

### Users Modal

| Item | Type | Description |
| --- | --- | --- |
| **Search** | Text field | Searches for a specific user on the Segura platform. |
| **ID** | Text field | Identifier code for the user on the Segura platform. |
| **Name** | Text field | User's name. |
| **Username** | Text field | User's username. |
| **Email** | Text field | User's email address. |
