Reference for commands user

This document provides information about the Register Windows Commands screen, under the User option, which is used to configure command segregation rules associated with specific users.

Path to access

  1. On Segura, in the navigation bar, hover over the Products menu, and select EPM.
  2. In the side menu, select Policies > Windows > Commands.
  3. On the Commands screen, click the Add button.
  4. On the Segregation screen, click the User button.

General tab

This tab provides information about the basic configuration of the command segregation.

Item Type Required Description
Name* Text field Yes Defines the name of the segregation rule.
Status* Radio button Yes Defines if the segregation rule is active. The options are Yes or No.
User command* Text field Yes Defines the command that will be controlled by the segregation rule.

Users tab

This tab provides information about the users who will be associated with the segregation rule. Only the listed users will be subject to the rule.

Item Type Required Description
Users Text field No Search for the users in the list of included users.
Add / Remove selected Button No Add or remove the selected devices.
Users table Table No Displays the user’s data. The fields are: ID, Username, and Domain.

Review tab

Use the Review tab to check all the information entered in the previous tabs.
