Path to access
- In the top left corner, click Grid Menu, identified by the nine squares icon, and then select Executions.
- On the side menu, select Settings > Credential profiles.
Homepage icons
Item | Description |
---|---|
Show filters | Represented by the magnifying glass icon. It displays or hides the search fields on the screen. |
Update | Represented by the counterclockwise arrow icon. It refreshes the page. |
View actions | Represented by the three vertical dots icon. It displays a menu with possible actions for the report. |
+ New | Represented by the plus sign and the New word. It opens the pop-up window to create new profiles. |
Print report | Represented by the printer icon. It opens a new page for printing the report. |
Export CSV | Represented by the paper sheet icon. It downloads the report. |
Schedule report | Represented by the clock icon. It opens the Schedule report form. |

By clicking on the question mark icon on the page, you’ll be redirected to a keyword search or the documentation page.
Search fields
Item | Description |
---|---|
Name | The name given to the created profile. |
Username | The username of who created the profile. |
Template | The template being used on the profile. |
Enable | Profile status: the options are Yes or No. |
Filter | Button to filter the results according to your chosen preferences. |
Clear | Button to clear all the text boxes with the selected filters. |
Report fields
- ID: represents the order in which the profile was created.
- Priority: represents the priority level. The numbers go from 1 to 255.
- Name: the profile’s name.
- Username: the username of who created the profile.
- Automatic change?: informs if the automatic password change is set for that profile.
- Template: the type of template used for the profile.
- Status control?: informs if there’s a status control for the profile.
- Password criteria: the criteria for passwords used on this profile.
- Enabled: the profile status.
- Action:
- Edit: represented by the paper and pencil icon, it opens the Credential execution profile window to make changes.
Info
The report only displays 30 lines per page. To move to the next screen, click the forward buttons at the end of the report.
