# Executions

This document provides information about the **Executions** report screen, which lists the entire history of automation executions.

## Path to access

1. On Segura®, in the navigation bar, hover over the **Products menu** and select **Executions.**
2. In the side menu, select **Operations automation > Executions.**

## Actions menu

| **Item** | **Type** | **Description** |
| --- | --- | --- |
| **Actions** | Dropdown menu | Displays the options *Print report, Export CSV,* and *Schedule report.* |

## Search fields

| **Item** | **Type** | **Description** |
| --- | --- | --- |
| **ID** | Text field | Filters by the identification number of the automation execution. |
| **Automation** | Text field | Filters by automation registration name. |
| **Error** | Dropdown menu | Filters by execution result, the options are Yes and No. |
| **Processed** | Dropdown menu | Filters by the option whether or not the execution was processed, options are *Yes* and *No*. |
| **Requester** | Text field | Filters by the name of the user who made the execution automation request. |
| **Request date** | Date picker | Filters by period that the execution was requested. |

## Report fields

- **ID.**
- **Automation.**
- **Operations**: quantity of operations carried out.
- **Result**: results of operations.
- **Processed.**
- **Error.**
- **Requester.**
- **Request date.**
- **Action:**
  - **View operations**: opens the [Operations](/v4-2/docs/executions-operations) screen.

By default, the report displays 30 records per screen. To go to the next screen, click the forward buttons at the end of the report.
