You will find, in the application's report, information about:

Icons

Item Description
Show filters It’s identified by the magnifying glass icon. Displays or hides the search fields present on the screen.
Update It’s identified by the counter, clock wise arrow icon. Refreshes the page.
View actions It’s identified by the three vertical dots icon. Displays a drop-down menu with possible actions for the reports.
Print report Drop-down menu option identified by the printer icon. Opens a new page for printing the report.
Export CSV Drop-down menu option identified by the sheet of paper icon. Downloads the report.
Schedule report Drop-down menu option identified by the clock icon. Opens the form Schedule report.

Search fields

Item Description
Name Filter the name of the application.
Type Filter by Application or Uninstaller.
Vendor Filter the name of the application vendor.
User include Filter the user who added the application to EPM.
Include Filters the possible start date when the user was added.
until Filters the possible end date when the user was added.
Last use Filters the potential starting date of the last time the application was executed.
until Filters the potential ending date of the last time the application was executed.
Enabled Filters if the application is active/inactive on the workstation.
Filter Button to run the configured filtering process.
Clear Button to clear the search fields and start a new one.

The results are displayed in a list format on the screen, with columns named after the corresponding fields. The list presents some information not included in the search fields:

  • Code: application identification number.

Item Description
Edit Allows you to change the application registration.
View actions It’s identified by the three vertical dots icon. Displays a drop-down menu with possible actions for the reports.
App versions Checks the installed application versions.
Application details Displays details about the application, date added, checksum, and user added.
Event Displays events related to application usage and actions performed using the application.
Info

An application is unique to Segura, regardless of its installation folder and the name of its binary. EPM can identify different versions of applications and centralize the registration to create segregations.
