Open the **EPM** agent application on the user’s desktop. 2. Select the credential you want to use for the remote session. 3. Check the **Session status** in the right panel. You can only start a session if the status is **Available**. 4. Click the **Start session** button. - For RDP: A **mstsc** window will open, connecting automatically to the target. - For SSH: The Command Prompt will open using **OpenSSH**. 5. After completing your tasks, end the session as usual. All logs and audits will be available in **PAM Core** reports. Info The reports in **PAM Core > Access control** include all sessions started from Vault, ensuring full traceability. Attention SSH sessions via Vault can only be started on **Windows 10** or later.
