How to manage notifications list

Registering and checking notifications in senhasegura is fundamental to ensuring that all users are always informed about important events and updates. This guide details the steps required to add a new screen notification.

Add a new notification to my notifications

1. On senhasegura, in the upper-left corner, click Grid Menu, represented by the nine squares, and select Settings.
2. In the side menu, select Notifications > Screen Notifications > List notifications.
3. The Notifications list will show all the notifications that are registered with senhasegura.
4. To create a new notification, in the top bar, click on View actions, represented by the three vertical dots icon, and select New notification from the drop-down menu.
5. In the Create notification window, fill in the following fields:
   1. Title: a name for the new notification.
   2. Text: enter the text of your notification.
   3. Display time (ms): fill in the display time, in milliseconds, at which the notification will appear on the screen.
   4. Users to notify: checkboxes for you to choose the users who should receive the notification on screen.
6. Click Save.

Check the notification

To check whether your notification has been delivered to users, follow the steps below:

1. On senhasegura, in the upper-left corner, click Grid Menu, represented by the nine squares, and select Settings.
2. In the side menu, select Notifications > Screen Notifications > List notifications.
3. The Notifications list will show all the notifications that are registered with senhasegura.
4. In the Action column, click on View Notifications by User, represented by the magnifying glass icon.
5. In the Notifications by User window, you can check information about the notifications separated according to user:
   1. To check when the notification was sent to the user, look at the date indicated in the Date Displayed column.
   2. To check when the user closes the notification, look at the date indicated in the Date Closed column.
