This document provides a step-by-step guide to request access for internal user groups in Domum Remote Access.
Request batch access
- On Segura®, in the navigation bar, hover over the Products menu and select Domum Remote Access.
 - In the side menu, select Management > Internal users > Groups.
 - In the Internal users groups report, in the action column, click the three vertical dots and select Batch request access, represented by the computer icon.
 - In the screen that opens, click the option for the type of user you want.
 
Full user access
- In the General tab, fill in the fields:
- Internal user group: filled in automatically.
 - Under Request details, fill in the information:
- Justification*: describe a justification for the request.
 - Reason*: select a previously registered reason for granting access.
 - Governance code: enter the code, if any.
 
 
 - In the Access limitation tab, fill in the information about the Access permission period.
- Start*: indicate the date and time when the access will become valid.
 - Duration*: enter a value and a duration metric (minutes, hours, days, or months) for the access.
 
 - Click on Save.
 
Access for limited users
- In the General step, fill in the fields:
- Internal user group*: filled in automatically.
 - Under Request details, fill in the information:
- Justification*: describe a justification for the request.
 - Reason*: select a previously registered reason for granting access.
 - Governance code: enter the code, if any.
 
 
 - Click Continue.
 - In the Devices step:
- Click the add icon and select the desired devices from the list provided.
 - Click Add.
 
 - Click Continue.
 - In the Credentials step:
- Click the add icon and select the desired credentials.
 - Click Add.
 - For each credential in the table, select the permission that will be granted, Login and/or View password.
 
 - Click Continue.
 - In the Access limitation step, fill in the information:
- Access permission period: choose a date, time, and duration of access.
 - Access permission days: select the access days from the options.
 - Access permission times: select the access times from the options or select Custom and choose the times you want.
 - Sessions: choose between Unlimited or specify the maximum number of sessions to be accessed.
 
 - Click Continue.
 - In the Review step, you will find the summary of the access request. If you need to change a step, click on Previous to go back to the desired step and edit it.
 - If everything is correct, click Save.
 
A confirmation message will be displayed, and the request's progress can be monitored via the Request access — Internal users report, accessible through Request access > Internal users.
