Imports, reports, and notifications that fail without an error message on screen

Prev Next

Scheduled tasks, bulk imports, reports, and notifications stop running, without an error message on screen.

Symptom

  • Bulk imports are not processed.
  • Notifications and emails are not sent.
  • Scheduled tasks and reports do not run.
  • No error message appears on screen.

Solution

Alert

Do not restart the appliance or its services before applying the fix. Restarting does not solve the problem and makes the failure worse.

  1. Look for the messages described in "Error to connect to NATS server" in the asynchronous processing logs.
  2. Apply the fix described in Segura® maintenance script for on-prem customers.

Anything already in the queue before the expiration is processed automatically after the fix. Tasks that tried to enter the queue during the failure may not run: review and, if necessary, repeat imports, reports, and other actions from that period.
