This document provides information about the Logs report for notifications, which displays information about system notification logs.
Path to access
- On Segura, in the navigation bar, hover over the Products menu and select Settings.
- In the side menu, select Notifications > Logs.
Actions menu

Search Fields
| Item | Type | Description |

| ID | Text field | Filters the notification by the identification code. |
| Sent date | Date picker | Filters the registers by the period in which they were sent. |
| Notifier | Dropdown menu | Filters the existing notification by the types in Segura. The options are Email, SMS and Screen. |
| Notification type | Dropdown menu | Filters the notification by the type of notification. |
| Category | Dropdown menu | Filters the notification by the category. |
| Title | Text field | Filters the notification by the title of the notification. |
| Message | Text field | Filters the notification by the content of the notification. |
Report Fields
- ID.
- Sent date.
- Notifier.
- Notification type.
- Category.
- Title.
- Message.
- Notified Users: displays the number of users who received the notification message.
- Actions
- View Submissions: opens the Notification send report.
Info
By default, the report displays 30 records per screen. To go to the next screen, click the forward buttons at the end of the report.

Report Fields
- Sent date: date of sending the notification.
- Type.
- Notifier.
- Contact.
- Error: error that occurred in sending the notification.
- If no error occurred, the field will be empty.
