In this document, you’ll find detailed information about the Share and One time share screens, which enable API secret sharing with MySafe users and external MySafe users.
Paths to access
- On senhasegura, in the upper-left corner, click the Grid Menu, represented by the nine squares, and select MySafe.
- In the side menu, select API Secrets.
- Identify the API secret you want to share, click the three vertical dots icon, and select Share.
- In the pop-up window, select Internal, represented by the computer icon, or External, represented by the globe icon.
- On senhasegura, in the upper-left corner, click the Grid Menu, represented by the nine squares, and select MySafe.
- On the home screen, identify the card of the API secret you want to share or use the search bar.
- In the upper-left corner of the card, click the drop-down menu, represented by the three vertical dots icon, and select Share.
Share screen
In this section, you’ll find all the information about the Share screen that enables the sharing of an API secret with other MySafe users.
Item | Description |
---|---|
Text box | Text box for searching and inserting the users with whom you want to share the API secret. You can search for users by name, username, email address, user groups, and private groups. |
Access permission | Field that displays the selected user and the checkboxes Can view and Can edit. The Can view option is checked by default and allows the selected user to view the API secret, while Can edit allows making changes. The trash can icon removes the selected user. |
One time share screen
Requirements
- External share permission granted by the MySafe administrator.
In this section, you’ll find all the information about the One Time Share screen, which enables the sharing of an API secret with external MySafe users.
Item | Description |
---|---|
Name | Field that displays the API secret name. |
Url | Field that displays the URL of the application where the API secret is registered. |
Type | Field that displays the item type. In this case, API secret. |
Text box | Text box for inserting the email(s) of the person(s) with whom you want to share the API secret. |
Sharing details section
Item | Description |
---|---|
Expiration time* | Field for entering the period during which the shared item will be available for access. The available options are 1 hour, 24 hours, 1 week, 30 days, and Customized. The Customized option enables the date and time fields for a personalized selection of an expiration date. |
Maximum access* | Selection buttons to define how many times the person can access the shared item within the established expiration date. The available options are Unlimited, One Time Share, and Customized. By default, the One Time Share option displays the number 1. The Customized option enables the selection of a number that defines how many times the person can access the shared item. Enter the number manually or use the up or down arrows to select a number. |
