Audit

This document provides information about the Audit report screen in MySafe, which displays all events related to stored items.

Requirements

  • MySafe administrator permission.

Path to access

  1. On Segura, in the navigation bar, hover over the Products menu, and select MySafe.
  2. In the side menu, select Audit.

Actions menu

Item Type Description
Actions Dropdown menu Displays the options Print report, Export CSV, and Schedule report.

Search fields

Item Type Description
Name Text field Filters items by their identification name.
Type Dropdown menu Filters items by their type. The options are Password, File, Note, API Secret, and Personal groups. Clear the field to enable the All option.
Event Dropdown menu Filters items by the executed event. The options are New, Change, View, Disabling, Activation, Download, and Sharing. Clear the field to enable the All option.
User Text field Filters items by the user who performed the event.
User IP Text field Filters items by the IP address of the user who performed the event.
Date Date picker Filters items by the period when the event occurred.

Report fields

  • Name.
  • Type.
  • Event.
  • User.
  • User IP.
  • Date.
Info

By default, the report displays 30 records per screen. To go to the next screen, click the forward button at the end of the report.
