Article Summary

MySafe provides batch import of passwords and notes. The module supports two formats for batch import:

  • Files in .xlsx format with our templates.
  • Files in .csv and .json format, present on LastPass and Keeper.

Batch import of passwords via spreadsheet

  1. Access the senhasegura platform.
  2. Go to MySafe➔Passwords. 
  3. In the top right corner, click the icon (⁝) to View actions.
  4. Select Batch import.
    • As another option, go to MySafe➔Batch Import and select + Import
  5. Choose Password.
  6. Download the spreadsheet template at Download template.
  7. Fill in the worksheet with your passwords.
  8. Save the added information.
  9. Drag and drop the file into the rectangle or click Browse file.
  10. Save.
  11. After the batch import, refresh the page. Your passwords will be available in the menu MySafe➔Passwords.

Batch import of notes via spreadsheet

  1. Access the senhasegura platform.
  2. Go to MySafe➔Notes. 
  3. In the top right corner, click the icon (⁝) to View actions.
  4. Select Batch import.
    • As another option, go to MySafe➔Batch Import and select + Import.
  5. Choose Note.
  6. Download the spreadsheet template at Download template.
  7. Fill in the worksheet with your notes.
  8. Save the added information.
  9. Drag and drop the file into the rectangle or click Browse file.
  10. Save.
  11. After the batch import, refresh the page. Your notes will be available in the menu MySafe➔Notes.

Batch import from LastPass

Caution
Batch imports from LastPass into MySafe only work for passwords.
  1. Log in to your LastPass account.
  2. From the menu on the left, select Advanced options➔Manage your Vault.
  3. Click Export.
  4. Wait for the download.
  5. Access the senhasegura platform.
  6. Go MySafe➔Batch Import and select + Import.
  7. Choose LastPass.
  8. On your computer, find your saved data in CSV format.
  9. Drag and drop the file into the rectangle or click Browse file.
  10. Choose the file exported from LastPass.
  11. Save.
  12. You will receive a confirmation message.
  13. Wait for the system to load the import.
  14. After the batch import, refresh the page. Your passwords will be available in the menu MySafe➔Passwords.

Batch import from Keeper

Caution
Batch imports from Keeper into MySafe only work for registers of the login type (login and password).
  1. Log in to your Keeper account.
  2. In the upper-right corner, click the arrow with the drop-down menu next to your email.
  3. Click Settings.
  4. In the new window, on the left side menu, click Export.
  5. At Export file, select JSON.
  6. Click Export.
  7. Wait for the download.
  8. Access the senhasegura platform.
  9. Go to MySafe➔Batch Import and select + Import.
  10. Choose Keeper.
  11. On your computer, find your saved data in JSON format.
  12. Drag and drop the file into the rectangle or click Upload file.
  13. Save.
  14. You will receive a confirmation message.
  15. Wait for the system to load the import.
  16. After the batch import, refresh the page. Your logins and passwords will be available in the menu MySafe➔Passwords.
