Article Summary
MySafe provides batch import of passwords and notes. The module supports two formats for batch import:
- Files in .xlsx format with our templates.
- Files in .csv and .json format, present on LastPass and Keeper.
Batch import of passwords via spreadsheet
- Access the senhasegura platform.
- Go to MySafe➔Passwords.
- In the top right corner, click the icon (⁝) to View actions.
- Select Batch import.
- As another option, go to MySafe➔Batch Import and select + Import.
- Choose Password.
- Download the spreadsheet template at Download template.
- Fill in the worksheet with your passwords.
- Save the added information.
- Drag and drop the file into the rectangle or click Browse file.
- Save.
- After the batch import, refresh the page. Your passwords will be available in the menu MySafe➔Passwords.
Batch import of notes via spreadsheet
- Access the senhasegura platform.
- Go to MySafe➔Notes.
- In the top right corner, click the icon (⁝) to View actions.
- Select Batch import.
- As another option, go to MySafe➔Batch Import and select + Import.
- Choose Note.
- Download the spreadsheet template at Download template.
- Fill in the worksheet with your notes.
- Save the added information.
- Drag and drop the file into the rectangle or click Browse file.
- Save.
- After the batch import, refresh the page. Your notes will be available in the menu MySafe➔Notes.
Batch import from LastPass
Caution
Batch imports from LastPass into MySafe only work for passwords.
- Log in to your LastPass account.
- From the menu on the left, select Advanced options➔Manage your Vault.
- Click Export.
- Wait for the download.
- Access the senhasegura platform.
- Go MySafe➔Batch Import and select + Import.
- Choose LastPass.
- On your computer, find your saved data in CSV format.
- Drag and drop the file into the rectangle or click Browse file.
- Choose the file exported from LastPass.
- Save.
- You will receive a confirmation message.
- Wait for the system to load the import.
- After the batch import, refresh the page. Your passwords will be available in the menu MySafe➔Passwords.
Batch import from Keeper
Caution
Batch imports from Keeper into MySafe only work for registers of the login type (login and password).
- Log in to your Keeper account.
- In the upper-right corner, click the arrow with the drop-down menu next to your email.
- Click Settings.
- In the new window, on the left side menu, click Export.
- At Export file, select JSON.
- Click Export.
- Wait for the download.
- Access the senhasegura platform.
- Go to MySafe➔Batch Import and select + Import.
- Choose Keeper.
- On your computer, find your saved data in JSON format.
- Drag and drop the file into the rectangle or click Upload file.
- Save.
- You will receive a confirmation message.
- Wait for the system to load the import.
- After the batch import, refresh the page. Your logins and passwords will be available in the menu MySafe➔Passwords.
