Article Summary

Add a note

  1. Access the senhasegura platform.
  2. Navigate to MySafe➔Notes. 
  3. In the top right corner, click (⁝) View actions.
  4. Select + Add note.
  5. Complete the information:
    • Name: application name or webpage URL.
    • Notes: text with the protected data.
    • Tags: search terms.
  6. Save.
  7. You will receive a "Note added" confirmation notice.
    • In the warning box, you can Share the stored note.

You can also add a note in the drop-down menu on the homepage.

Edit a note

  1. Access the senhasegura platform.
  2. Navigate to MySafe➔Notes
  3. In the list, locate the note you want to edit.
  4. In the Action column, next to the key, click on the (⁝) icon of the chosen item.
  5. Select Edit.
  6. Make the necessary changes. In the 'Edit' window, it is possible to change any information.
  7. Save.
  8. You will receive a "Note updated" confirmation notice.
    • In the warning box, you can Share the updated note.

You can edit a note in the shortcut on the homepage by clicking (⁝)➔Edit on the chosen item.

View a note

  1. Access the senhasegura platform.
  2. Navigate to MySafe➔Notes
  3. In the list, locate the note you want to view.
  4. In the Action column, hover over the magnifying glass icon.
  5. Click View note.
  6. On the new window, the note details appear:
    • Name
    • Owner
    • Last use
    • Tags
  7. If the note was shared, you can identify the Users with access to information and the allowed actions - Read or Write - at the bottom of the screen.
  8. Click View the information.
  9. A new screen presents the protected information.

You can view a note in the shortcut on the homepage by clicking View note at the bottom right of the shortcut.

Disable a note

  1. Access the senhasegura platform.
  2. Navigate to MySafe➔Notes. 
  3. In the list, locate the note you want to disable.
  4. In the Action column, next to the key, click on the (⁝) icon of the chosen item.
  5. Select Disable.
  6. Choose Yes to confirm.
  7. You will receive a "Note deleted successfully" confirmation notice.
    • If necessary, it is possible to Enable the note.

You can disable a note in the shortcut on the homepage by clicking (⁝)➔Delete on the chosen item.

Enable a note

  1. Access the senhasegura platform.
  2. Navigate to MySafe➔Notes
  3. Locate the filter Enabled.
  4. Select No.
  5. Click Filter.
  6. In the list that appears, locate the note you want to reactivate.
  7. Click the (⁝) icon on the chosen item next to the key in the Action column.
  8. Select Enable.
  9. Choose Yes in the confirmation box.
  10. You will receive a "Note enabled successfully" confirmation notice.

Share a note

  1. Access the senhasegura platform.
  2. Navigate to MySafe➔Note. 
  3. In the list, locate the note you want to share.
  4. In the Action column, next to the key, click on the (⁝) icon of the chosen item.
  5. Select Share.
  6. In the 'Share' window, you can search for the following:
    • Name
    • Username
    • E-mail
    • Access Group

      Configure the Access control of MySafe so that the groups appear in the share search.
  7. Select who to share the note with.
  8. In the same window, check:
    • Can view to share the information viewing.
    • Can edit to share editing information.
      Caution
      Users receiving the Can edit share are allowed to disable the note.
  9. Share.
  10. You will receive a "Shared" confirmation notice. From this action, users can access the note according to permissions settings.

Remove a note sharing

  1. Access the senhasegura platform.
  2. Navigate to MySafe➔Note. 
  3. In the list, locate the note you want to stop sharing.
  4. In the Action column, next to the key, click on the (⁝) icon of the chosen item.
  5. Select Share.
  6. In the new window, select the user you want to stop sharing.
  7. Click on the trash can icon.
  8. Choose Yes in the confirmation box.
  9. Share.
  10.  You will receive a "Shared" confirmation notice. Now users no longer have access to the information.

You can also stop the sharing in the shortcut on the homepage by clicking (⁝)➔Share on the chosen item.

Access the note version history

  1. Access the senhasegura platform.
  2. Navigate to MySafe➔Notes. 
  3. In the list, locate the note you want to access the history.
  4. In the Action column, next to the key, click on the icon (⁝) of the chosen item.
  5. Select Information history.
  6. In the 'History' window, you can see the report:
    • Name of the note
    • Author of the version
    • The version of the note
    • History date and time
    • Action. When clicking on the magnifying glass, you access information about the note in the registered version.
Info
The note's most recent version appears on the report's first line in green.
