Homepage icons
Item | Description |
---|---|
Show filters | Identified by the magnifying glass icon, it displays or hides the search fields on the screen. |
Update | Identified by the counterclockwise arrow icon, it refreshes the page. |
View actions | Identified by the three vertical dots icon, it displays a drop-down menu with possible actions for the report. |
Add password | Inside the View actions menu, identified by the plus sign, it opens the Add password form. |
Batch import | Inside the View actions menu, identified by the arrow icon, it opens the Add new batch import form. |
Print report | Inside the View actions menu, identified by the printer icon, it opens a new page for printing the report. |
Export CSV | Inside the View actions menu, identified by the paper sheet icon, it downloads the report. |
Schedule report | Inside the View actions menu, identified by the clock icon, it opens the Schedule report form. |
Search fields
Item | Description |
---|---|
Name | Name of the application containing the registered password. |
URL | URL of the application containing the registered password. |
Username | Username of the URL. |
Tags | Keywords related to the registered password. |
Shared | The sharing status, with the options Yes or No. If you click on the Clear button, it displays the All option on the drop-down menu. |
Owner | The user who registered the password. |
Last use/until | The time frame during which the password was viewed. |
Enabled | The password status, with the options Yes or No. If you click on the Clear button, it displays the All option on the drop-down menu. |
Filter | Button to filter the results according to your chosen preferences. |
Clear | Button to clear all the text boxes with the selected filters. |
Report fields
- Check box: used for batch actions.
- Name.
- URL.
- Username.
- Tags.
- Shared.
- Owner.
- Last use.
- Enabled.
- Action: in this column, you'll find the following options:
- View password: identified by the key icon, it opens a window that shows all the information about the password.
- Three vertical dots icon: performs actions on the password, such as sharing, editing, disabling and viewing its history information.
Info
The report displays 30 lines per page. To move to the next screens, click the forward button at the end of the report.
Bottom icons
- Enable: green button used for batch activation.
- Disable: red button used for batch deactivation.
- Share: blue button used for batch sharing.
